UB Elite provides basketball training services including, but not limited to:

• Private Training

• Small Group Training

• Skills Clinics

• Camps and Special Events

Program availability, pricing, and schedules are subject to change at any time.

Registration & Payment

Registration is not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmed. UB Elite reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, facility availability, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in athletic activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury. By participating in UB Elite programs, participants and/or parents acknowledge these risks and agree to assume responsibility for participation. Participants are required to sign a separate liability waiver and medical release prior to participation.

Code of Conduct

UB Elite strives to provide a safe, positive, and respectful environment for all athletes. Unsportsmanlike conduct, bullying, harassment, or behavior deemed inappropriate may result in removal from a session or program without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, photographs, videos, and written materials, is the property of UB Elite and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UB Elite shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in programs or use of this website.
